This Privacy Policy explains how Sofscript Systems & Services Ltd. (“Sofscript”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.sofscript.com and its landing pages, or contact us through them.
This policy covers our website only. Patient and hospital data processed inside CAREWORKS® products deployed for our clients is governed by our agreements with those clients.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us through our forms:
- Demo request and contact forms: name, designation, email address, phone number, hospital or clinic name, city, the product you are interested in, and your message.
- Job application form: name, email address, mobile number, current location, the position you are applying for, current and expected salary (CTC), notice period, and your resume (CV).
- Partner Program form: your contact and business details.
- WhatsApp: if you message us using the WhatsApp link, we receive your phone number and your messages.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time spent on them, and the website or advert that brought you here. Cookies and similar technologies collect this (see Section 6).
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, arrange product demos and share information about our products and services.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To evaluate and manage partner enquiries.
- To understand how our website is used, and to improve it and our advertising.
- To protect our website and forms from spam and misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and as required by applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 5. Who we share information with
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run our website and business, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and email service providers, to run this website and deliver form notifications and emails.
- Google: Google Analytics (website usage statistics), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on forms), Google Ads (advertising and measuring ad results) and Google Maps (the map on our contact page).
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep the website working;
- measure visits through Google Analytics;
- protect our forms through Google reCAPTCHA;
- measure the results of our Google Ads campaigns.

- Job applications and resumes are kept for recruitment purposes. After that, they are deleted or anonymised.

- restricted access to our systems;
- spam protection on our forms.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

11. Visitors from outside India
We are based in India, and we process and store your information in India. Our service providers, listed in Section 5, may also process it in other countries. By using our website or submitting a form, you understand that your information may be transferred to these locations.
12. Children
Our website is intended for healthcare professionals, organisations and job seekers. It is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
13. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites and services, such as our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
